Move In/Out Information

New to ASCADA? Moving in? Moving out?
Please make sure that you have contacted Davin Management to let them know you are a new owner or have a change in your Tenancy.

If you are changing Tenants or renting your unit for the first time you will need to fill out a Form K and register this with our management company.

You will also want to set up a pre-authorized payment program for your Strata fees as they are due at the first of every month.

Also did you bring a pet with you when you moved? If so, we need you to also fill out our Pet Agreement. Please refer to bylaws regarding pet restrictions.

You will also need to book the elevator in order to move your furniture into your new home or out of your home. This should also be done for your Tenants.
We are requesting that you book all move ins and move outs between Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm as this is when our Caretaker is on duty to arrange the elevator for you.
